Crying in Radcam: A Nine Hour Saga Past Review
By A student (Wellesley College) - abroad from 09/05/2021 to 12/04/2021 with
Worcester College, University of Oxford - Visiting Students Program
I learned efficient reading/research strategies that helped me produce phenomenal literature within a tight schedule. The brevity of the term tested by entire bodily ability to sustain itself, and that pressure is an old friend, but I learned how to work through my writing bit by bit instead of wholesale. The tutorial system allowed me to look closely and critically at my own academic tendencies and I feel like I grew from that. It was worth it.

Yes
This program killed me, and I would let it do so over and over again. The academics will push you to produce better work than you've ever achieved, you will enter a great writer and exit as one worthy of a marble bust or small statue, something of that sort. Worcester specifically offers great infrastructure for English, the library is well stocked and I felt like I met a good deal of English students. The campus is also stunning, which helps. |

The Academic or LinguistYou went abroad with specific academic goals in mind; the program credentials and rigor of your coursework abroad were very important to you. You had a great time abroad, but never lost sight of your studies and (if applicable) were diligent with your foreign language study. Good for you! |
