An eye-opening crazy experience that made me a better person. Past Review

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned about myself. I learned how to be confident in what I knew and believed in, but to also be open-minded and available to learn new things and experience different places. I have changed in small and big ways. One matures naturally through study abroad; through experiences and the because of the people we meet. We don't go abroad to come back as the same exact person; we go so that we come back more knowledgeable and better version of ourselves; to have a more educated outlook on the world we live in.
