In creating Oceans 2 Earth Volunteers, the O2E founders challenge and engage individuals to contribute to meaningful animal welfare and conservation projects. As wildlife carers and avid campaigners against the illegal wildlife trade and the use of animals in tourism, they have been active volunteers, upholding a vision to promote ethical volunteering as an advisable travel alternative.
Every project is visited by O2E so that we experience the project, the work, the accommodation, the food and the people firsthand. This ensures that each project meets the Oceans 2 Earth Ethical Standards and the Wildlife Code.
Volunteers may like to conduct research, care for animals in captivity or contribute to rescue and release programs.
