"It is nearly impossible to write in this box what I learned from this experience so quickly after it has ended, but I will say that it is certainly worthwhile. If you want a fulfilling study abroad experience both academically and socially/culturally, I would highly recommend choosing an SIT program (especially the Balkans!)"
George M Berea College
"I enjoyed the city, but I did not like the program"

A student Trinity University
"I chose IHP Health and Community, because I knew it was the kind of opportunity that I would likely never have again. I think that I grew a lot as person and some pretty incredible friendships. But it's so hard to sum up my experience! I wish I could do it all over again. "
A student Wellesley College
"I learned a lot about myself, how to get by in a totally new city and what we take for granted as normal in the state."
Skylar L Colgate University

A student Wellesley College
"Being abroad taught me so much about my ability to navigate a new city independently. I learned a lot about myself, honed my Spanish skills, and developed relationships with an amazing family. I would recommend that anyone that has a chance to study/live/work abroad does so - it is life changing!"
A student Trinity University
"I think the biggest gain from the program was the ISP experience of doing original research immersed in the topic and culture that I was studying. It boosted my confidence in operating in Spanish. Made great friends. Worthwhile. "
Dylan B Tulane University
"Traveling is always an incredible, eye-opening experience. My program focused on indigenous people and globalization--so now I am very aware of social issues concerning inequality, language extinction, and gentrification. I feel less attached to my material possessions and have gained a love for cultural exchange. I often keep u..."

""Have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves ... Don't search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now.
