Washington State University (WSU) provides students with opportunities to expand their education beyond the classroom through its Education Abroad programs. With options in more than 70 countries, WSU helps students gain valuable international experience that enhances academic learning, builds intercultural understanding, and prepares them for today’s global workforce.
Students can choose from semester and year-long exchanges, faculty-led short-term programs, and international internships that align with their academic and professional goals. Courses are available across a wide range of disciplines, with opportunities for both English-taught study and immersive language learning.
The Education Abroad Office offers guidance and support throughout the process, including academic advising, scholarship information, and pre-departure preparation. By studying abroad, WSU students strengthen their adaptability, leadership skills, and global perspectives while becoming active participants in diverse communities around the world.
