Immerse yourself in the rich and complex cultures of the Balkans through the study of Bosnian, Serbian, and Croatian Languages and Literature. This program offers students the opportunity to delve into the linguistic and literary traditions of the region, exploring the ways in which history, politics, and cultural identity have shaped these three closely related languages.

Through a combination of language classes and literature courses, students will develop advanced skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Bosnian, Serbian, and Croatian. They will also gain a deep understanding of the region's literary heritage, studying works by important writers such as Ivo Andrić, Mesa Selimović, and Danilo Kiš.

Students will have the opportunity to engage with local communities through cultural events, visits to historical sites, and interactions with native speakers.
