- Selection & Nomination of Students for Approved Programs
- Pre-departure Orientation & Preparation
- Assistance as needed while abroad
- Study Abroad Crisis Management Plan
- Re-entry Orientation

Deadline for Fall & Academic Year Programs: November 15th
Deadline for Spring Programs: April 15th
Deadline for January and Short-term Programs: March 1
Deadline for Summer Programs: March 1
Deadline for Scholarships: October 1 and March 1
