It was extremely worthwhile. Not only do you learn about Europe and what is outside of American walls but you also learn about yourself. You are forced to adapt and it can be very rewarding. It allows you to see the world from a different perspective. - Providence College View Entire Review

Yes it was, every time I look back on it I remember how awesome I felt at the time. Go abroad, whether it be Spain, or anywhere for that matter, you won't have this opportunity again so make sure you experience it. You will remember the smaller things in life mean a lot more. - Tufts University View Entire Review

It was the smartest/best decision I ever made. Everything about it made me a more interesting and worldly person from travelling to the international friends I made. It was the most incredible experience of my life and truly words dont describe it. I wish I could do it again!! - The University of Texas at Austin View Entire Review
My study abroad experience was one of the, if not the best experiences I have had in terms of learning about myself. Not only did I become more confident, but I learned what it is that I want in my life and how I want to live my life. I am now a lot more aware of what my life goals are and how I would LIKE to achieve them. - Providence College View Entire Review

My study abroad experience was definitely worthwhile. I learned a lot about myself and individuality along with gaining a broader perspective on the world and other cultures. I learned how to fend for myself, but also make friends with students from all over the world. - Providence College View Entire Review
My study abroad experience was so worthwhile! I had so many doubts and fears in the months prior to my departure to Spain, but I was soon put at ease when I met other students who were going through the same things that I was. I have made the most incredible friends that I hope to keep in touch with when I return to the United ... - Providence College View Entire Review

About

Known for its stunning architecture, world-class cuisine, and vibrant cultural heritage, Barcelona is one of Europe's crown jewels. The city is also considered one of the region's most dynamic startup ecosystems and leaders in innovation and entrepreneurship. For these reasons, Barcelona has become an ideal destination for international students interested in studying business and culture abroad.

Designed for students with a background in business, CIEE Barcelona's Business + Culture program offers students access to countless cultural wonders – all while earning college credit. From indulging in mouth-watering tapas to marveling at world-famous architect Antoni Gaudí's 20+ sites (like his masterpieces La Sagrada Família and Park Güell) to participating in traditional Catalan dances (like the native Sardana dance), you'll discover all Barcelona has to offer during your semester abroad with CIEE in Spain's most popular city.
