What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Absolutely worthwhile! I learned so much about French culture, other than what one can read simply from a guidebook. I have a thorough understanding of the culture now, and it sincerely helped my language skills!

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? Really try to immerse yourself! Don't only speak the language in class and with your home stay- encourage your friends in the program to do speak the language amongst each other!
