Travel experience, interesting/ diverse friends, a new perspective, and great memories. It was definitely worthwhile. Thad B - University of Wisconsin - Platteville View Entire Review

About
The International Office is responsible for the development of the international relations of Hochschule Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.
Internationality is a core element in the Mission Statement of the university. The traditional high number of international students (1191 at the moment), the growing number of students who study abroad for part of their curriculum, the large number of international partnerships and co-operations (at the moment 124 partner universities in 42 countries), international research projects and joint international PhD programs, and the rise in number of courses and entire programs taught in English is proof of this. All the departments of the university are involved in international exchanges through their own projects, partners and programs.
The university upholds a culture of hospitality and intercultural dialogue. This is a contribution towards the development of cosmopolitanism, tolerance, and intercultural education. During and after their stay in Darmstadt, guests of the university are welcomed, hosted and cared for by the International Office.
