I felt that the program was purely for language acquisition. If I could do it over again, I would choose something where I could learn more about the culture.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I did not realize that it would take so much time to leave the neighborhood our school was in. I wish I knew that our neighborhood was not very interesting.
