It was 100% worthwhile and I think that I’m more confident now, both language wise but also on a personal level. I’ve definitely started to adopt the more carefree lifestyle of the locals and I’m glad I am! A student - Wellesley College View Entire Review
I gained confidence in my Spanish and met amazing new friends. I also was given the time to reevaluate what is important to me and find the right balance for my life. My language skills improved quite a bit--especially my vocabulary and ease of speaking in Spanish. I also met some really cool people, both other European study abroad students and Spanish students that I will definitely be keeping in touch with. I left feeling fulfilled and grateful for the experience. Sarah M - Wellesley College View Entire Review

I learned so much about how different life is in Europe from fashion trends to just like the pace. I don't know if it was because I felt like I was on vacation, but there was just less pressure and stress. Everything I did felt very much about being in the moment and just enjoying it. I loved meeting new people, learning from different professor, and being engrained in a different lifestyle. joelle g - Wellesley College View Entire Review
I learned how to be an adult. Not only have I taken these skills back home with me, but it made me realize how much easier adulting would be than I realized. It could be fun and is not as scary as some may think it to be. Being "alone" in Spain allowed me to really hone my social skills and start making friends from "scratch." Full immersion really is the best way to learn A student - Wellesley College View Entire Review

I became more confident in Spanish, I also became more confident in myself. Having to navigate a completely new culture I was in uncomfortable situations that I was able to navigate and I therefore became more confident. Sofia Z - Wellesley College View Entire Review
My Spanish improved drastically, and I enjoyed learning a lot of colloquial Spanish. As someone who wanted to go abroad for my Spanish major and for language acquisition purposes, it was definitely worthwhile! A student - Wellesley College View Entire Review
I learned a lot about culture and language but also a lot about myself. I think it was worthwhile. Kiera B - Wellesley College View Entire Review
My experience abroad allowed me to gain an international lens and wider perspective on all issues. The experience of living with a host family was invaluable and the cultural and language immersion was key to my success, growth, and enjoyment during my time.
