What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
It was very much worthwhile. I not only learned about the mechanics of the Italian healthcare system, but also about their culture.

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • There was a good amount of free time.
  • I enjoyed the tours of the hospitals.
* What could be improved?
  • The lecture that we had at the University should be done in the morning so that everyone is not so tired.
  • The tour of Rome should be moved to the second day instead of the first.
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? To bring tennis shoes when going to Rome, and to familiarize yourself with a map before leaving.
