The Summer Internship France program offers students the opportunity to explore different career paths related to their field of study by interning at a company in France.
The program offers a unique way to acquire professional qualifications and to enhance the skills and knowledge of qualified trainees in their fields while benefiting from first-hand exposure to French culture and business practices.
Study Abroad Europe offers training placements in the following occupational categories:
• Sales and Marketing
• Communication, Public Relations
• Publicity, Journalism, Press
• Audiovisual Medias, Cinema, Television
• Fashion
• Business Administration and Management
• Hospitality and Tourism Management
• Architecture • Computing and New Technologies
• History, Museums • Art, Art Museums and Galleries
• Social Services, Psychology, Health
• Law, Politics, Government, Public Administration
Responsibilities
The program has an open enrollment policy throughout the year and applicants may apply for a 2 to 12 months training program.
All host employers are based in Paris and exceptionally in suburban communities adjacent to Paris. Placements are full-time positions, which is approximately 35 hours per week.
Requirements
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a full-time student at a tertiary institution (university, college …) in their home country
• Hold a valid passport
• Be able to communicate effectively in French and be familiar with the French terminology of your study field
• Be mature, flexible, open-minded, able to adapt and willing to experience new situations
Duration: 8 or 12 weeks or more
Location: Paris, France
Salary: Short 4-8 weeks are Unpaid Internships. Long duration 6+ months are Paid internship ( you may receive 500 to 700 Euro per month)
Internship Placement Fee: $ 1,750

Study Abroad Europe Scholarship offers awards for Fall, Spring, Academic Year and Summer programs.
$ 250 - $1,000
Deadlines:
Fall/Year: June 10
Spring: November 15
Summer: April 1
Guidelines/Requirements:
All applicants must meet the following requirements to be eligible to apply for the scholarship:
1. Student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 (B average) or higher.
2. Student must have applied and been accepted to one of our program. Students may submit a scholarship application before they are officially accepted and should do so if applying close to the deadline.
3. Student must obtain one letter of recommendation for the scholarship from a professor or an assistant professor.
4. Write one-page personal essay stating your goals for studying abroad, financial aid status and need, and/or special circumstances about which you would like us to know.
All applicants will be notified of scholarship decisions 3-5 weeks after the scholarship application deadline. If full payment is due before scholarship awards are issued, payment should be sent according to the Study Abroad Europe Payment Policies and Schedule. The scholarship amount will be deducted from the student’s balance, or a refund will be issued if the student has paid in full.
