Since its inception UCEL has encouraged both foreign language learning and the exchange of students and teachers as well as joint research agreement with foreign universities.

Being UCEL a private university with 3,000 students, only with Rector based in the city of Rosario, is able to offer foreign students a very personalized and tutorials facilitated by the challenge of studying in a foreign country.
