Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Excelent Academic programs, could work a little more on their teachers (i'm an animal science major, nutrition teacher only knew about poultry nutrition). Expect a lot of work and assignments, also, the maximum permitted credits it's 9

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

Excelent program, very helpful

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Good place to live, very friendly people.

* Food:

Food is good but very expensive, expect to spend more than 25 dollars if you go to a restaurant

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Excelent people, very conservative as well. Friendly and respectful

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

No incidents were reported, you don't really see police in the streest, very safe city.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? If you like to go out to bars and such, alcohol is very expensive (5.75 for a pint, 45 dlls for a 24 pack) And if you smoke, cigarettes are expensive as well

A Look Back

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Be prepared to spend money in winter-wear, jackets can get very expensive (200-400 dlls) and you WILL need them since temperatures get very low. Make sure you are ready to spend money on food as well
