I loved traveling throughout Spain but I felt like the attitudes of the professors held the students back from making the most of the trip. Lisa B - University of Northern Iowa View Entire Review
I gained a lot of cultural awareness as well as education on my study abroad experience. This trip was very eye-opening. Emily S - University of Northern Iowa View Entire Review
The overall study abroad experience was amazing! I had never been out of the country before, so I learned so much! yes, professors not good though Megan L - University of Northern Iowa View Entire Review
I really enjoyed visitng the cultural sites and interacting with the locals. I'd visited Spain once in high school and the trip confirmed my love for the country. It also allowed me to practice the Spanish language. Rayanna B - University of Northern Iowa View Entire Review
Spain is a beautiful country and I would not hesitate to go back again, however teh course aspect was not good. I did not enjoy being lectured all day. Yes. I learned a lot about climate change and the ways in which people in Spain are trying to adjust their lives so that their carbon footprints will be reduced. I had a great time, as well. I am far more aware of cultural differences and similarities throughout the world now. I intend to continue my studies in Sociology. Jennifer M - University of Northern Iowa View Entire Review
Yes it was. I learned to appreciate home much more and understand another culture and their way of life. Beck P - University of Northern Iowa View Entire Review
I actually learned a lot about climate change and the Spanish lifestyle. However, I wish I wouldn't have gone through study abroad. The professors and other students ruined it for me. I wish I had a friend who went with me instead of ten random people who always wanted to party. Natalie G - University of Northern Iowa View Entire Review
