It was incredibly worthwhile. I spent an entire month simply listening and observing. Do that anywhere and you will learn a lot. Go to a foreign country with great traditions of choral music, a place with so much to say, and you will learn more than you could ever imagine you could. This program affirmed and inspired me to follow similar styles of worship as a church musician.
