The Venice Study Abroad Program is set in one of the world’s most beautiful and unusual cities. Venice boasts a remarkable thousand-year history and is one of the oldest republics. For centuries, it was the dominant naval and trading force of the Mediterranean, the principal crossroad of East and West. It is now known as the “City of Water,” with its crisscross of canals and bridges and maze of tiny streets and alleys. It offers a spectacular setting from which to study international and foreign law.
