First hand experience with Italian people and cuture was great. The ease of traveling to 11 other countries during my stay was the iceing on the cake. Sean M - University of Wisconsin - Parkside View Entire Review
I am currently still living in Rome thanks to the great time I had with this program. I have learned to adopt the Italian lifestyle and it is amazing being able to live here everyday and eat the fresh foods from the market and practice my Italian in daily activities. Studying abroad changed my future plans, and after I graduat... Lauren J - College of Charleston View Entire Review

I am so thankful I decided to study abroad in Italy through ISA. The experience was once-in-a-lifetime! I hope to return to Italy, and other parts of the world, in the coming years. I met a few great friends whom I still keep in touch with today. Thanks ISA! Kim P - Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University View Entire Review
Very worthwhile, but I had to work really hard independently to make it so. Other students might benefit from a more structured, high quality program. Samantha P - Carleton College View Entire Review
Very worthwhile. It's hard to get used to things at the beginning but once I started accepting what was around me and learning what was different, I really started loving it there and never wanting to leave. Ella R - University of South Dakota View Entire Review
I learned a lot about myself and i truly did grow, you dont really notice it until you get back. I loved study abroad and it really opened my eyes to the world, which i know sounds cheesy but all the cliche lines are true! anna p - St. Cloud State University View Entire Review
My mind has been expanded in a way that can only happen when you're dropped completely out of your comfort zone with a bunch of other people who are out of their comfort zones. I made a couple of the very best friends I have through this program. I will definitely return to Italy. Stephanie M - University of North Carolina - Wilmington View Entire Review
It's cliche, but I will never look at foreign cultures the same after being immersed in them for 4 months. You do a lot of growing up while you're studying abroad, and I can't say enough about how many amazing experiences you'll have. Nicolas M - Arizona State University View Entire Review
I loved living with students from all over the US. The weekend excursions were amazing! I loved my art history class where we traveled to different churches to learn about the art work. That class brought me to different sections of Rome that I wouldn't have traveled to otherwise. Liz R - Marietta College View Entire Review

I wouldn't trade my experience for anything. I learned more about myself that semester than any other time in my life. I became more mature and more independent. I learned to think outside of myself and experienced a different culture. I want to go back and only have great things to say about my time in Rome! Brooke M - University of Tennessee - Knoxville View Entire Review
Completely worth it. I learned so much about another culture and would love to return. Kinsey W - Austin College View Entire Review
It was wonderful and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Honestly, the most difficult part of the entire experience was coming home. Emily P - Wake Forest University View Entire Review
