Bryn Mawr College is a program provider offering 1 abroad program. Programs offered include Study Abroad abroad programs in 1 country such as France.
Study abroad promotes the academic and personal growth of undergraduates at the College.
Each year, about one third of the junior class studies abroad, usually for one semester, at one of more than fifty approved programs. Students may begin to think about study abroad in their first year and are welcome to visit the Study Abroad Resource Library in the Lower Level of Guild Hall and to begin to explore approved programs.
Learning more about study abroad and deciding whether and where to apply for study abroad is an important part of the Sophomore Plan. Information sessions are offered each fall. These are a mandatory part of the Study Abroad process. If you are a sophomore even considering study abroad, we strongly encourage you to attend one of these sessions, in order to ensure that you have all the information you need to make this decision. Your Sophomore Plan meeting with your dean and consultations with faculty in your intended areas of study will also provide valuable guidance and advice.

"I had a fantastic experience. By taking more risks, reaching out to people who might initially seem a little different and yet finding commonality, is a wonderful, confidence-building, and inspiring experience. "After this summer, I realized that I want to study French literature in more depth. So I'm currently considering studying Romance Literature Languages (French) as my secondary. It definitely widened my perspective about the world and I feel like I have matured a little into a more emphatic person. "
