"The most obvious learning done is that I'm now fluent in Spanish! But aside from that, I feel more independent and confident than I ever have in my life - going to a foreign place and creating a community from scratch is one of the most worthwhile things a person can do"
A student Wellesley College
"I feel much more adaptable and comfortable traveling and living in new places now. A host family is a very unique experience but once I was comfortable with my host mom I did find it was the best way to improve my Spanish."
A student Wellesley College
