"Learn Russian in the European Union" offers custom study abroad programs for international students and professionals studying the Russian language and specializing in the language, political science, security studies, history, STEM, and other areas.
Each study program is designed to meet requirements and preferences of either a particular institutional customer (university, government agency, language school, or a study abroad agent), or an individual student (undergraduate or graduate university student, professional, Russian language teacher, heritage speaker, or a language enthusiast).
No visa is required for citizens of many countries to attend programs in Daugavpils.
