University of Connecticut / UCONN is a program provider offering 20 abroad programs. Programs offered include Study Abroad, Internship, and Intensive Language abroad programs in 9 countries such as Spain, Turkey, Italy, and France.
Education Abroad opportunities at the University of Connecticut are experiential global learning programs, which are integral components of life-transformative undergraduate and graduate curricula. Designed by faculty, practitioners, and community leaders, these programs provide students with collaborative opportunities to learn and practice knowledge and critical understanding, skills, values, and attitudes on intercultural competencies in a global context, whether they are delivered virtually, locally or internationally.
If you are not a student at the University of Connecticut, you are welcome to apply to a number of our programs. Most UConn faculty led programs are open to non-UConn students, e.g. UConn in Granada, UConn Pharmacy in Beijing. Check the individual program brochure on our website to see if the program you are interested is open to non-UConn participants. Unfortunately, our exchange programs and approved third party programs are not open to non-UConn students.
