With a focus on language acquisition and cultural immersion, this program is designed for students who want to deepen their understanding of the region and its people.
Through coursework in history, politics, and culture, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the region's complex and diverse history. You will also have the opportunity to study the languages of the region, including Russian, Polish, Czech, and Hungarian. Language courses are tailored to meet the needs of students of all levels, from beginners to advanced speakers.
In addition to coursework, the program offers a range of experiential learning opportunities, including excursions to historic sites, cultural events, and local museums. You will have the chance to meet with local experts and community leaders, gaining a firsthand perspective on the region's past and present.
