"I gained new lifelong friends, with an experience I would not trade for the world. "Overall experience and exposure to different cultures, not only Estonian, but from other international students as well (Czech, Latvian, Lithuanian, Russian, German, etc...) was priceless. Staying in Estonia specifically taught me a lot about current events in north-eastern Europe, especially on concerns involving Russia and Put..."

But once I decided I was going, I set restrictions on myself;..."

"I learned that I am very lucky to have what I have. I have a way better understanding of the Spanish language and a completely different outlook on the world. The best part of the program was the community service week in Altamira, I wish it would have been more than a week because it was such a humbling experience. "

"I definitely learned to be more independent, which is why I chose to go abroad in the first place. I also learned more Spanish! Overall, it was definitely worthwhile!"
Haley P Indiana University - Purdue University Fort Wayne / IPFW
"It was absolutely worthwhile! I learned that I could live in another country and love it, and also that I could travel to other international cities. You see sights that are so beautiful you can't even believe they're real. "
