"I learned that although we are all distinct individuals that come from many cultures and backgrounds, oftentimes we have more in common than we do different. I learned just as much about myself and my own culture as I did about Spain's, and almost three years later, I still continue to learn from my experience each and every day..."

"I have gained so much from this experience. I have met my future husband - which is pretty weird and crazy - and have gained a whole new future. I've also become even more independent and empathetic. I don't feel like I can really describe how much I have grown and changed because of all my experiences abroad. "
A student University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse
"Definitely worthwhile! I learned that I am okay on my own and even if I don't know anyone, I should go for the experience. I made a lot of new friends from La Crosse and did a lot of activities that I would not normally be able to do if I did not choose to go on this trip."
