I learned a lot about independence as well as adapting to a more relaxing and easy going way of living. My Spanish also improved immensely! - Brandeis University View Entire Review
I learned a lot about adaptability and I learned a lot about myself. I learned that different countries have different ways of life and that no single one is correct. Program, as well as Argentina offers you many opportunities. However, it is entirely up to you to make the most of it. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
It was all worthwhile because I was able to constantly practice my Spanish. I was not confident in my Spanish speaking skills going into the program but after four months, I believe my skills have significantly improved. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
I learned how to be independent and to understand a city and a culture from my own perspective and to take things for what they are. It was very worthwhile and if I could I would do it again. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
Past Review To The Limit!

It was worthwhile for many reasons, language reasons included. - Trinity University View Entire Review
It was definitely worthwhile. I think I'll still be figuring out what exactly I learned from the experience long after my return date because it's given me a new, different perspective on my experiences before, during, and after the program. - The University of Texas at Austin View Entire Review
A student studying abroad with IFSA-Butler: Buenos Aires - Argentine Universities Program
I became much more independent and self-reliable. I know that I will be able to pull through for myself, and that I will alway be there for myself. I am much more autonomous and emotionally independent, as I only had myself to cry to for 5 months (family and friends were very supportive, but they couldn't be there with me). I am... - Brandeis University View Entire Review

I improved my Spanish greatly and learned important skills necessary in an independent lifestyle. Yes. - Brandeis University View Entire Review
I learned how to be independent in a foreign nation without my native language. I learned that patience is key, and also being adaptable b/c things often changed and plans had to be reevaluated. I learned that time flys by but it also goes slowly. Definitely worthwhile. I had many hard days, but I think those are the ones you le... - Fordham University View Entire Review
