I learned to be much more independent from my time abroad. I learned a lot about the country I was living in (England) as well as about living with other people, travel wisdom and experience, and insight into cultural differences. It has made me apply to graduate school in the UK and consider long-term work there as well. Chelsey F - Emmanuel College (Massachusetts) View Entire Review
I definitely became more independent and outgoing. I also learned a lot about London and its history as well as the subjects I studied. I think now more then ever I am ready to work anywhere in the U.S. I feel I am now more prepared to work in the real world and am more confident in the way I handle myself professionally. Yes! I understand how other countries view Americans and why. How we come off to other people. This is a good awareness to have. This program has solidified what I want to do. I was given assurance that I am on the right career path. I realized that I just want to work in the fashion industry and if I can do that I will be happy...
