YES YES YES! absolutely 100% worthwhile experience! You can't compare it to anything else and the memories, experiences and friends you will make abroad will change you for the better! K M - Suffolk University View Entire Review
This opened my eyes so much. Being thrown into another culture was an amazing learning experience. I feel as though I grew so much in such a short period of time. I had no time to be homesick, it went by in a flash. I have future plans to continue travel, and hopefully spend some time working abroad. Kelli M - Springfield College View Entire Review

About
Suffolk University Madrid is the University’s European campus. Our main United States campus is in Boston, Massachusetts, one of America’s great centers of learning since earliest days. Located in the university area of the city, Suffolk Madrid campus is easily accessible to the city center. A short bus or subway ride will take you wherever you want to go. We are a five minute walk from the nearest Metro station. Our nearest neighbor is the Universidad CEU San Pablo, an acclaimed private Spanish institution. By special academic agreement, the two universities offer a broad range of courses and extracurricular activities in which students can participate.
Suffolk Madrid enrolls about 150 students who come from Spain and other European Union countries, Asia and Africa; and many come from the United States. Visitors comment on the energy and excitement of our students’ intellectual curiosity. They are open to rediscovering their place in the world by exploring new cultures. We encourage the sharing of international perspectives and ideas. Suffolk Madrid’s intimate size and student-centered philosophy allow us to provide close attention to each individual. Our professors work closely with students to guide their academic progress and keep them on the right course to achieve their academic goals. We help our students adapt to life in Spain—on campus, in their housing arrangements, through carefully planned excursions—and guide them in the development of intercultural communication skills that will stay with them throughout their lives.Language is never a barrier. Those who do not speak Spanish are introduced to the language as soon as they arrive. We also provide many opportunities for those who wish to improve their English before they continue their studies in the United States.
