Was it worthwhile? Yes and no. I was hoping for a little more of an authentic experience - less 'tourist-y'. Some of that was on me; I could have done more to try to get myself involved in the culture, but some of it was a result of the program trying to save us from being uncomfortable. On the other hand, I had a blast, and... Pat M - University of Michigan - Ann Arbor View Entire Review

I would do it every summer if I could. The location was awesome, the classes were actually interesting and not too demanding. The program itself was helpful and only added to the experience. Caitlin C - Wake Forest University View Entire Review
Yes, I not only became much better at Spanish, but I also matured immensely and made friends that I will keep for the rest of my life. It also made me realize how many things we take for granted here in the U.S. Finally, it reassured the fact that someday, I wish to use Spanish everyday for whatever job I may obtain.
