Tennessee Consortium for International Studies (TnCIS) is a program provider offering 11 abroad programs. Programs offered include Study Abroad abroad programs in 10 countries such as Multi-Region, Ireland, South Africa, and Greece.
TnCIS represents nineteen colleges and universities devoted to making international education and cultural understanding a central goal of higher education throughout the state of Tennessee. TnCIS sponsors an annual conference on international education and continues to expand study abroad and international educational opportunities for students throughout the state. It is our conviction that students and faculty in all academic fields should have an international dimension in their studies and the opportunity to participate in an international experience. TnCIS welcomes membership from all colleges, universities and other organizations seeking to expand opportunities for international educational exchanges.
The Tennessee Consortium for International Studies (TnCIS) programs vary from home-stay language immersion experiences to hostel/hotel stays that strive to maximize your international experience. Academic courses take advantage of the program location to create a unique and stimulating experience not available in a U.S. classroom. We have been sending students overseas since 2007.
