Global learning is a cornerstone of the Longhorn experience—over 4,000 students study, intern, or research abroad each year, ranking UT Austin third nationally among U.S. universities for study abroad participation.
Through Texas Global's Education Abroad Office, students have access to more than 400 programs in approximately 100 countries, spanning academic study, internships, research, language immersion, and faculty-led short-term and semester experiences.
