"It was definitely worthwhile given the fact that I was able to learn so much about India as well as my personal connection to the country. I was able to travel a lot and learn so much about the different cultures within India as well. However, in terms of the program itself, it was very difficult to be so independent and not hav..."

"Learned a lot about myself being in Berlin on my own, which was worthwhile, but the lack of value I felt like I was getting from my courses made it hard."
A student Middlebury College
"I learned to trust myself and my capabilities and my French improved a lot. It was extremely stressful and at times downright unpleasant, but I'm proud of myself and my commitment to learning. It WAS worth it, but I think the importance of support systems for students studying abroad needs to be underlined more than it was. "
A student Middlebury College
"100% worthwhile. I've moved around my whole life and this term taught me more than I care to know about myself. But I had an excellent time figuring stuff like health care, insurance, transportation, and school out on my own. "
