"Above anything else, I gained an understanding of another culture, and the ways in which it, as a European culture, is similar to and different from the American culture in which I grew up. Studying abroad was absolutely a worthwhile experience."

"It was so worthwhile. I became a much better writer, editor, and scholar with all of the one-on-one attention of the tutorial system and peer editing, and the independent-learning way of Oxford. "My writing, editing, and research skills improved immensely. I can now skim through several books, identify important arguments and thoughts, and compose a 7-8 page paper in one week. "I made some pretty amazing friends and saw places I’ve always wanted to go. In all honesty, Prague is a great place to study abroad because you can live cheaply during the week, enjoy your classes, and then travel anywhere for very cheap on the weekends. "
