CIEE partners with overseas universities to provide direct matriculation options, creates CIEE courses to add to the offerings, and staffs each Study Center with CIEE-employed Resident Staff who provide co-curricular activities and around-the-clock student services. We offer quality academics with opportunities for cultural engagement such as excursions, homestays, volunteer opportunities, and internships to provide the highest quality study abroad experiences.

"I definitely expanded my range of thought and understanding. I drastically improved my Spanish and am not afraid of using it. "I loved it. South Africa is awesome. I really want to go back. Going to Cape Town allowed me to explore Africa, which is probably the continent I will least likely get to travel to in the future (because everywhere else is easier and much more accessible to me). So I am glad I can check a region of the world of my list of places..."

"The program was worth it. personally for me the program did not push me outside my comfort zone, but this is dependent upon past international experience. Kathleen S Trinity University
"Beyond my disappointment with the program and the homestay situation, the experience itself was invaluable. If my opportunity to live in a foreign country had to be via this program, so be it. Going abroad and adapting to a different lifestyle is life changing and would choose to do it all over again the same way if I had no o..."
