Through Tufts Global Education, students can choose from ten Tufts-run programs in countries such as Chile, China, France, Germany, Ghana, Hong Kong, Japan, Spain, and the United Kingdom. In addition to semester and year-long programs, Tufts offers short-term study abroad opportunities during the summer and winter breaks. These programs, often led by Tufts faculty, combine unique academic offerings with cultural learning and exposure. Examples include the Tufts in Pavia program, which focuses on Data and Computer Sciences and Italian culture, and the Tufts in Chile program, which examines public health and Indigenous communities. Furthermore, Tufts students have access to over 150 pre-approved external programs in more than 50 countries, providing a wide range of options to suit various academic interests and goals.
