CIEE is a program provider offering 395 abroad programs. Programs offered include Study Abroad, Internship, Intensive Language, and Online Program abroad programs in 32 countries such as Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and Botswana.
CIEE is a nonprofit study abroad and intercultural exchange organization that transforms lives and builds bridges between individuals and nations by sponsoring a wide variety of opportunities for the exchange of ideas and experiences. CIEE helps people develop skills for living in a globally interdependent and culturally diverse world, and contributes to a more peaceful global community by humanizing international relations.
CIEE partners with overseas universities to provide direct matriculation options, creates CIEE courses to add to the offerings, and staffs each Study Center with CIEE-employed Resident Staff who provide co-curricular activities and around-the-clock student services. We offer quality academics with opportunities for cultural engagement such as excursions, homestays, volunteer opportunities, and internships to provide the highest quality study abroad experiences.

"I learned so much about new cultures. I fell in love with the city and I can't wait until I can return. "
Brenna K Drake University
"Definitely worthwhile. I learned more about myself, about the world around me, and how even though perspectives don't always match up, it's the overlap that makes the experiences worthwhile."
Brittany F Brandeis University
"My Arabic speaking and listening skills improved immensely, especially my Jordanian dialect. I gained a lot of personal confidence, both in using my Arabic in the city and dealing with situations where I had to stand up for myself. I also made some amazing friends, since the students attracted to this program tend to be super in..."

"I learned more about another culture and a whole new life style. I made a lot of new friends from all over the world (some were native Japanese, some were Americans and some were international students).
