"definitely worth it. For designers it shows you a completely different way of design that you wouldn't have gotten otherwise. "

"It was SO worthwhile. Getting the chance to just do things differently, being thrown into situations with people you barely know, showing off your strengths and admitting to your weaknesses. I was so use to the groove of how things were done back home but this experience added new dimensions to the scope and context which I vie..."

"I gained a whole new perspective on life. I had never left America before this and I am so glad I was finally able to. It has made me appreciate my life and opened my eyes to what the rest of the world is like. Not only did I experience the Thai culture, but I got to know people from all over the world. It was completely worth a..."

"It sounds cliché, but I learned that I can be more independent. A program like this forces you to go outside the confines of what you are comfortable with - academically, socially, physically and mentally. I would do it again in a heartbeat - totally worth it. "

"Apart from the educational and personal learning, I got to see all the sites that I had learned about and seen as I grew up that I wanted to visit and left with the motivation to come back again to see and learn some more. Definitely worthwhile."

"It was definitely worth while. I know it's cliche, but it really is an experience of a life-time where you make new friends away from your home, try new things, travel and explore places you never thought you would go to, and so on. Best decision you could make in your college career. Don't hesitate. Just DO it ;-) "

"My experience was the best it could have possibly been. I learned a lot from my German classes and English classes, but was never overwhelmed with work. I had plenty of time to travel and make friends. I was able to see the whole of Europe and I can't wait to go back and do it again!"

"I have a greater appreciating for other cultures and countries. I see how in different places 'life' is so different. I wouldn't change a thing and I would love to return to Sweden one day for a long period of time. I miss Sweden everyday and the friends that I made while there. I do talk to them at least once a week even after ..."

"I was enrolled a truly global university with over 160 nations represented on campus. I was exposed to people, ideas, and cultures I never imagined interacting with and I am a better person from it. I no longer tell my friends I WANT to apply to grad school in France, rather I tell them that I AM applying to grad school in Fran..."
