"First of all choosing to study abroad has been one of the best decisions of my life, I would recommend it to everyone. Also if you can stay a year that's even better a semester is too short. Time abroad goes way too fast, I was here both semesters and I still wish I had more time. Overall being here has changed my perspective of..."

"It was definitely worthwhile! I learned about a whole new culture that I have learned to love and immerse myself in. "I gained a sense of Pura Vida, an enjoyment of a slower pace in life. Confidence in talking to people, and curiosity to search for more. It's made me realize that I need to explore my own back yard (the US). SO WORTHWHILE, i recommend everyone to study abroad and let themselves absorb everything the culture has to offer them. "
Cindy H University of the Pacific

"There is really too much to put simply and eloquently. I learned a lot about the Senegalese culture as well as my own. I saw how development fu..."

"I enjoyed my Latin American Politics class and my Cultural Studies class, but I found the overall program lacking when it came to cultural immersion.
